Hi babes,

I am slowly getting back into routines after a crazy past week! Last weekend I hosted my first ever Coachella house with SoulSyncBody and ShopMy. It was an absolute success and this is exactly how I would like to spend every Coachella moving forward. One of my life mottos are to live life in balance, which allows me to enjoy myself and have fun but also take care of and nourish my body at the same time.

We spent the weekend attending the festival which was SO much fun, and then we made sure to recover back at the house during the day with amazing activities such as cold plunge, IV-drips, delicious healthy foods, breath work and Energizing Pilates inspired by SoulSyncBody workouts. It was the perfect balance to a very packed weekend. The girls at the house were all so sweet and we had a full glam team that helped us get pretty for the festival. I just want to go back already!
