Today Steffi has a beautiful nail art design, inspired by Cubism and Pablo Picasso. This design may seem daunting at first but by following Steffi's step-by-step guide you will soon see how easy this design really is!
Steffi starts by painting the nail with two coats of Snow White. After curing she begins to map out the faces, using Serious Black. Don't worry about being too precise during this stage as this is only to mark up where you will fill in the colours.
Steffi uses the following Gel Polish Colours; Royal Blood, Warm Fire, Teal Appeal, Devils Shadow, First Night and Oops! to fill in the design, mixing them up as she goes. Feel free to use whatever colours you have available, art is subjective and we would love to see you make this design your own!
Once the design is coloured and cured. Steffi applies a coat of Urban Graffiti Top Coat to seal in all the colours. Once cured, she goes in with Serious Black again, to outline for the final time. Taking her time to define the borders with a thick outline. After curing she takes a lint free wipe with some gel residue wipe off solution and rubs this all over the nail to remove any excess black gel from the nail. Followed by top coating with Urban Graffiti Matte Top Coat to finish off the design.
